[Carton knowledge] Overview of the manufacturing process of corrugated cardboard
At present, there are basically three types of equipment for manufacturing corrugated cardboard and corrugated boxes in China. One is the traditional stand-alone. It is a corrugating machine that makes corrugated base paper into a corrugated paper machine.It is a glue machine that glues face paper, inner paper, core paper and corrugated paper to form corrugated paper to complete the manufacturing process of corrugated cardboard. The equipment combined with corrugated paper also needs to complete the processes of batching, cutting, printing, splicing, slitting, slotting, cutting and forming. The entire stand-alone assembly line has many equipment, many process links, poor product quality control, and high consumption.
The other is a single-sided corrugated paper machine, which first produces single-sided corrugated cardboard, and then processes it with a single-machine glue cart to manufacture different structures and corrugated cardboard.
The production process and equipment structure of the single-sided corrugated paper machine are shown schematically (Figure 4).
The single-sided corrugated paper machine is a semi-automatic production line composed of a roll bracket, a single-sided corrugated machine and a rotary bracket paper cutter. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, good product quality and strong adaptability.
Another is to use corrugated cardboard automatic continuous production line to complete. Various equipments organically integrate the entire corrugated cardboard production process to make it continuous production. The traditional method of combined production of many single machines not only has high production efficiency and low labor intensity, but also has centralized operation control, which is simple, safe, and low noise. The most important thing is the high quality of the produced corrugated cardboard. The corrugated and wave shape specifications are reasonable and standardized. The packaging container made by the opponent with the heart-shaped corrugated cardboard produced by this equipment is neat, beautiful and flat. The appearance and physical properties are better than those produced by a single machine or combined single machine linkage line.
