1. Multiple stand-alone combined systems
In a single machine with multiple stacks, in order to make the roll paper or flat paper suitable for post-processing size specifications, it is necessary to cut. In order to save raw materials and maximize the use of paper, it is also necessary to plan the use of materials and implement splicing in accordance with the standards.
The roll paper is cut by a single-knife rotary cutter (see Figure 6). The equipment consists of upper paper rack and paper guide, paper feeding, slitting, transverse cutting, material receiving, etc. You can also trim edges and count in trimming. Cutting specifications can be adjusted according to processing requirements.
The flat paper is cut by a paper cutter (see Figure 7). The equipment consists of a paper cutting system, a pressure system, and a high-speed system with specifications. At present, the advanced paper cutting machine has adopted numerical control device, hydraulic operation, and light guide elements, which ensure cutting accuracy, improve work efficiency, and operate safely and reliably. The processing specifications are limited by the forward and backward movement of the special pusher.
The corrugating machine presses the cut or spliced corrugated base paper into corrugated corrugated paper (see Figure 8). This equipment is mainly composed of upper and lower corrugated rollers, heating device, adjustment system, anti-roll paper guide claw and other parts. In order to make the corrugation well formed and fixed, the surface of the corrugating roller must be maintained at a temperature of about 200 ° C. At present, the heating devices used are mostly built-in electric heating wire in the quartz tube or winding the electric heating wire on a long, square or circular heat-resistant body. There are also heating using silicon carbon rods. For heating with electric wire, the whole machine consumes 10kw / h, while for heating with silicon carbon rod, the whole machine consumes 20kw / h. The latter heats up faster than the former, lasting surface heat and long life, but consumes more power. The corrugating rolls used by corrugating machines are a, c, and b. The e-type corrugating machine is a special corrugating equipment for making corrugated boxes. The volume is small, and the diameter of corrugating rolls is around 150mm. In order to save energy, the equipment manufacturer installed a thermal insulation layer on the surface of the corrugating machine and covered it on the corrugating roller, which not only maintained the thermal efficiency, but also ensured safety. Some harmony manufacturers also adopt high technology and install temperature control devices, so as to ensure the plasticity of the wave corrugations and save energy.
