The single-sided machine is a mechanical device that presses the corrugated paper into corrugated corrugated paper and applies adhesive to the top of the corrugated paper to directly bond with the facial paper and instantaneously paste it by heating to produce a single-sided corrugated cardboard that meets quality requirements. . Its production process (Figure 4) has been marked.

The equipment is mainly composed of original paper frame, corrugated roller, pressure roller, preheating roller, glue coating system, glue storage and circulation system, heating system, pneumatic components and slitting part. The functions of each part are briefly described below:

1. Original paper holder

The original paper holder used by the single-sided machine is relatively simple, mainly the machine lifts, manually adjusts the tension of the roll paper, has a certain load-bearing capacity, and is also called a shaft bracket (see Figure 10).

2. Corrugated roller
The corrugated base paper is pressed into corrugated corrugated paper by the combination of upper and lower corrugated rollers. The matching pressure (gap), parallelism and appropriate medium-high of corrugated rollers are important technical indicators when corrugated rollers work.

3. Pressure roller
Put the facial paper and the corrugated corrugated paper coated with glue under a stern of pressure (0.4-0.5mpa) to make them firmly fit together to form a single-sided corrugated paper.

4. Preheating roller
In order to ensure good shaping of corrugated corrugated paper and good adhesion of single-sided corrugated paper, pre-heated rollers are used to dry the roll base paper to maintain a certain amount of moisture.

5. Glue system
The main function is to coat a uniform film on the pressed corrugated peak surface. The system is composed of glue roller, glue groove, glue roller and glue liquid circulation device. The quality of the glue application system directly affects the bonding strength of the corrugated cardboard. In order to ensure the uniformity of the glue film applied during the operation of the equipment, the gap between the rubber scraper roller and the glue roller is required to be 0.3-0.45mm.

6. The heating system mainly heats corrugated rollers, pressure rollers, preheating rollers and other components. Current heating methods include steam heating, liquefied gas heating, oil heating and electric heating. Regardless of the heating method, the surface temperature is required to be maintained at about 170 ℃. When steam is used to heat the tears, considering the storage of condensate in the container, which leads to reduced thermal efficiency and uneven surface temperature, a good siphon device must be provided. The gap between the suction port of the siphon device and the inner wall of the corrugated roller shall not be greater than 0.8mm, and shall not be less than 0.3mm, in order to facilitate the timely discharge of condensate.

7. Pneumatic device
Some single-sided machines use right manual devices in the adjustment of corrugated rollers and pressure rollers. It is easy to cause unnecessary wear and tear in the equipment due to improper adjustment, or the quality of single-sided corrugated cardboard cannot be guaranteed. Pneumatic devices are used to adjust the gap between the corrugated roller and pressure roller on the single-sided machine on the automatic line. In order to ensure that the pneumatic device system always works in good condition, it is necessary to ensure that the air compressor works normally, that the working pressure of each pneumatic component is 0.4mpa, and that the quality of each sealing material in the pneumatic component is reliable.

8. Paper guide and vacuum adsorption device
The core components of the single-sided machine are the upper and lower corrugated rollers. We have already mentioned that the parallelism and reasonable gap between the upper and lower corrugated rollers and the pressure roller are very important. In addition, because the corrugated base paper passes through the corrugated roll, due to the centrifugal effect of the high-speed operation of the corrugated roll, the corrugated base paper will be separated from the corrugated roll. To prevent the corrugated paper from being thrown away and maintain a good fit with the corrugated rollers, the paperboard vacuum suction device is required.
At present, most corrugated cardboard manufacturing equipment allows corrugated base paper to enter corrugated rollers and form corrugated corrugated right of use is the cardboard. The installation position of the paper guide must be correct, it plays a very important role in the quality of corrugated board. The paper guide is installed as a component on a beam, and the distance between the paper guide and the paper guide must be consistent with the paper guide groove on the upper corrugated roller and the glue roller. The gap between the paper guide and the lower corrugating roller: a-type flute is 0.5mm, c-type flute is 0.45mm, b-type flute is 0.4mm. Improper adjustment of the gap will cause the corrugated corrugated paper to be squeezed and rubbed, which will seriously affect the quality of corrugated cardboard, so careful adjustment is required.
A few days ago, the more advanced corrugated cardboard production line made the corrugated base paper reasonably apply to the lower corrugating roll. The vacuum adsorption principle completely adsorbed the corrugated base paper to the lower corrugating roll, so that the corrugated peaks were evenly coated and the corrugated peak was guaranteed The quality of the cardboard (Figure 11).

9. Cutting device

 

The bonded single-sided corrugated cardboard is cut according to certain specifications according to the requirements of the processing technology. It is mainly completed by the longitudinal cutting composed of a longitudinal cutting garden knife and the transverse cutting composed of an upper and lower long knife, which is actually a separate rotary paper cutter.

The original paper frame on the automatic production line of corrugated cardboard is mainly composed of rotary type and hydraulic type (Figure 12 and Figure 13). The latter is more advanced, and there is no need to install a ground pool on the ground. The paper-clamping part is controlled by electric, which converts the placement motion into a linear motion. The power comes from the reduction motor fixed on the paper-clamping arm. According to the setting of the line force, the The output shaft end of the motor is equipped with a torque limiting device. Its raw paper lifting part is driven by two sets of hydraulic systems, which is safe and reliable. The rotary shaftless bracket is electrically controlled, partly controls the forward or reverse rotation of the clamp arm, partly controls the left and right clamping and loosening of the original paper, and the manual brake device controls the tension of the roll paper. To use the slewing shaftless support ground, dig a ground pool with enough slewing space for its clamping arm to meet the needs of its work.

No matter what kind of original paper holder, its function is not only to hold and release the roll paper, but also to play a braking role. Because proper braking control will maintain the proper tension of the web during operation,

In order to ensure that the corrugated cardboard face paper and core paper produced are not wrinkled, the corrugated paper is smooth, and there is no collapse, broken or crooked phenomenon.

The functions of the original paper holder on the automatic production line of corrugated cardboard are mainly to support, release, moderately clamp the roll paper, correct the deviation, brake and turn over.

In the automatic production line of corrugated board, the setting of preheater is very important. When the combination of facial paper, corrugated base paper and single-sided corrugated board enters the glue coating device, it must be preheated separately to make it adhere well and maintain proper and uniform Moisture. In order to ensure a good working state, the preheater maintains the amplitude tension of the roll base paper and single-sided corrugated board to achieve a good use effect, and can be adjusted and rotated at will. The preheating angle of the paper web is not less than 90 ° C (Figure 14) .

In order to ensure the preheating of single-layer corrugated paperboard with different layer structures, there are also triple preheaters and five preheaters.

In order to pass the single-sided corrugated board evenly and orderly, it is necessary to set up a paper flyover. Let the single-sided corrugated board run under the control of the prescribed track before assembly. The paper flyover is mainly composed of deflection correction part, transmission part, tension adjustment and control device. It enables the single-sided corrugated cardboard to be stacked in an orderly manner, which can properly evaporate the moisture of the single-sided corrugated cardboard, solidify and enhance the bonding strength of the adhesive. At the same time, when the single-sided machine is stopped for some reason, proper accumulation will not affect the production operation of subsequent processes.

The glue spreading machine is a device that makes single-sided corrugated cardboard or multiple single-sided corrugated cardboard plus face paper coated with adhesive to form three or more layers of corrugated cardboard. According to the processing structure of corrugated cardboard, the glue coating machine is divided into single-layer (for three-layer corrugated cardboard), double-layer (for five-layer corrugated cardboard), three-layer (for seven-layer corrugated cardboard), etc. The glue application device is mainly composed of preheating roller, glue application roller, floating roller, pressure roller, paper guide roller, heat insulation board, pneumatic component, adhesive storage tank and so on (Figure 15).

In order to maintain the synchronization of the glue applicator in operation, its transmission is driven by the double-sided machine. When the glue applicator rotates without load, an independent motor runs through the reducer. The role of the gluing machine is to apply glue evenly on the corrugated peak of single-sided corrugated cardboard. There are specially processed mesh pyramid pits on the glue roller, which can save the amount of glue in the work and balance the glue. In order to ensure better bonding quality, the working pressure of the floating pressure roller regulated by pneumatic components should be no less than 0.5mpa . It is required to maintain a good parallelism between the glue roller and the glue roller, and the working gap between the two is 0.25-0.4mm.

When the three-layer, five-layer, seven-layer or more layers of corrugated board are combined, it enters the drying, setting and cooling system. This system is part of the double-sided machine. The double-sided machine is composed of hot section and cold section. The main function is to fully evaporate the water in the corrugated cardboard, so that the adhesive is solidified and the corrugated shape is set. The heating section consists of multiple sets of hot ovens arranged side by side, and the watch machine is smooth and smooth. Corrugated cardboard is directly attached to it, and a special canvas belt and transmission pressure roller with good air permeability, certain tension and gravity are added to the upper end surface of the corrugated cardboard, so that the corrugated cardboard is heated and dried under a certain pressure during operation. The heating section is divided into a high-temperature area and a low-temperature area. The high-temperature area pastes and dries the adhesive and enhances the adhesion. The low temperature zone makes the corrugated board dry and tends to be stable. The function of the cooling section is to dissipate excess heat, distribute moisture, avoid warpage, and make the corrugated cardboard smoothly enter the next process.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the double-sided machine, so that the tension of the canvas belt is appropriate during operation, without deviation, it is necessary to adjust the pneumatic or manual tension mechanism or control device in a timely manner. Normally keep the canvas belt clean and dry to facilitate good ventilation. The use of pressure rollers should be adjusted in time according to the forming status of corrugated cardboard, the speed of the automatic production line and the quality of the various webs used to ensure the quality of corrugated cardboard.

 

The slitting part is mainly composed of the cross-cutting machine of the slitting and creasing machine. The function of the slitting and indentation part is to cut the corrugated cardboard into a certain width according to the production needs and complete the indentation of the longitudinal bending requirement of the corrugated cardboard at a time when slitting. The slitting machine is generally a two-component slitting and creasing machine. According to production needs, two sets of required specifications can be adjusted at the same time. When changing the production specifications, only the electrical control device needs to be activated to turn the equipment 180 °, which can be put into use, reducing downtime, reducing consumption, and improving production efficiency. . In order to ensure that the slitting knife does not make the cutting edge of the corrugated cardboard and the cracking of the facial paper meet the national standards when slitting, the adjusted gap of each group of knife should be less than 0.04mm.

The slitting and creasing machine itself has an adjustment mechanism for the upper and lower gaps of the slitting knife and the creasing wheel, and it should be adjusted in time according to the different thickness of the corrugated cardboard. Ensure the quality of slitting and indentation.

After the research and discussion of many packaging technicians, the indentation wheel of the slitting and indentation machine is now more popular to use the one-point indentation wheel developed by Comrade Song Shibin of Xi'an Qinchuan Machinery Carton Branch (Figure 16).

The characteristics of the five-point indentation wheel are: the center line is protruding, the indentation size is accurate, and the groove width is 6.4mm, so that the corrugated cardboard has a sufficient amount of deformation; the shoulders are inclined, so that the corrugated cardboard is rolling The corrugated board is better destroyed, and the stress is not concentrated; the corrugated board is naturally deformed and forms marks without breaking.

The cross-cutting machine mainly completes the horizontal cutting of the corrugated board according to a certain specification. It consists of two rollers equipped with long blades that can be turned up and down to form a group of devices that perform instant shearing when turned to a certain angle. The rotation of the double roller equipped with a long knife is equipped with an adjustable gapless gear anastomotic transmission to ensure the accuracy of cutting. When the gear is worn, the gear gap can be readjusted. The use of the cross-cutting machine must ensure the use and adjustment of the continuously variable transmission, because the change of the speed ratio is related to the cutting length of the corrugated cardboard. During the operation, the tension of the corrugated cardboard should be controlled according to the quality of the corrugated cardboard, so as to prevent the weight of the drive roller itself from adding a certain tension and affecting the thickness of the corrugated cardboard.

The key to the use of cross-cutting machine is the installation and adjustment of the blade. The installation of the two long knives of the cross-cutting machine is fastened on the big shaft with a pressure plate and bolts. The adjustment of the blade is mainly to adjust the fitting gap of the two blades when the blade shaft rotates. The best fit gap should be 0.05mm. In this way, the blade shaft will not produce bite impact during rotation, and at the same time rotate lightly and smoothly, the edges of the cut corrugated cardboard are smooth and neat, and the blade edge meets the requirements of national standards.
